Program Overview
The Child Development Council of NEPA is an early childhood learning program that emphasizes the development of the whole child. We care for children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age in centers located throughout Northeast Pennsylvania. Through our curriculum, we offer hands-on, age-appropriate learning experiences designed to support each child’s growth and development.
Child Development Council of NEPA is committed to welcoming all children into our program. We partner with Early Intervention to create inclusive settings that support children with special needs.
"Before coming to CDC, my daughter had trouble adjusting to care providers. They would send her home all the time for crying for me. CDC helped so much and I was never called like the other center did."
